By accessing and using Build-EU's construction management platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Build-EU provides a cloud-based construction management platform that includes project tracking, team collaboration, inventory management, financial tools, and related features for construction professionals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are as stated on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5.3 Free Trial

Free trials are available for new customers. No credit card required. Trial automatically expires unless you subscribe.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Build-EU and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with or without notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILD-EU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Build-EU harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
